Parish Halls Agendas and Minutes
The Village Hall Committee is made up of 8 Councillors, the membership is currently:
Councillors P Milne (Chairman), C Jackets (Vice-Chairman), A Jackets, M Harrington-James,
G Hesselgrave, F Lulham, J Gayton and D White. In addition 2 representatives from hall users also attend the Committees by invitation.
The Committee is responsible for supervising, and together with Council officers administering the Village Hall and adjoining garden and car park. The Committee reviews and proposes to Council the charges for the Village Hall.
The Committee generally meet twice a year in April and October to review the charges and budget, the meetings are usually at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall. It is likely to meet more often in the future as the new Community Hall development starts. Agendas for the meetings are always issued at least 6 days before the meeting, they can be found below or on the Council noticeboards. Minutes will be added to the website as soon as they are available, they are however draft minutes until they are agreed at the next meeting.
